Return Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the products at customercare@thebelleshop.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items will not be refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages
TheBelleShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, TheBelleShop will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at customercare@thebelleshop.com

Shipping back to TheBelleShop

To ship your product back to us, send us an email at customercare@thebelleshop.com to get a return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
