Return Policy

If an item is damaged, please contact us at sales@bennett.edu and we will replace it. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the item, effective on receipt. This means you will have 30 days after the item was delivered to your address to request a return. Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or in cases where the customer has changed their mind about an item. If you change your mind about an item after you receive it, we encourage you to gift the item to family or a friend as we do not accept returns due to “buyer’s remorse”.  
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bennett.edu. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues  
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide a photo of the damaged product with all communication to help streamline the process and ensure a quick resolution. 
Exchanges  
Bennett College doesn’t facilitate the exchange process. This means that in order to receive a different item, you must first process the item as a return. Once the return is accepted by Bennett College, you will make a separate purchase to receive the new item. 
Lost in the Mail 
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. All questions and concerns regarding lost parcels can be sent to sales@bennett.edu. Instances where an item is marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer, but the customer claims not to have received the item, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
